Elyse, Rachel's best friend from my webcomic, Most Likely to Succeed, located here: [link] Done entirely on one crazy Saturday (if you call voluntarily locking yourself in a tiny room in a Baltimore row house and slaving over an art table and computer all day crazy) during production of the strips. I believe the motivation for this one, other than the fact that I really liked the way the lineart came out, was that I wanted to start posting art online again after a long absence, and I wanted to see if I could come up with something just smashingly good to reintroduce myself on a certain anime art BBS. Turns out I got almost no response at said BBS, as they get about 3 posts a week there now. But hey, now I'm on Deviant Art and I have this piece in my gallery, so baby I did one thing right.
